Hi, I'm Nicole!
My professional career of 20+ years has mainly been focused on roles as Human Resources Leader for large corporate organizations. I am also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources which is an internationally recognized credential. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Human Resources has several subcategories and my favorites to work in have been: Training & Development, HRIS, Relocation & Mobility as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. My current functions involve being a strategic partner with other company leaders whom I recruit for quality talent as well as coach and counsel to help them bring out the best in their team members.
Outside of my corporate role, I coach and counsel women in the areas of personal development and have rediscovered my love of writing poetry. I began my writing endeavors again in 2020 after several years' break. In 2022, I began writing commissioned works and sharing them at special events. I look forward to more writing in the weeks and months to come.
