For more than two decades, I have built a career at the intersection of people, learning, and business success. My professional journey has spanned Human Resources departments in small start-ups, government agencies and large, Fortune 500 companies serving diverse industries and organizational environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, have completed graduate-level coursework toward an MBA in Organizational Development, and maintain an active certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals and organizations navigate change, develop talent, and create workplaces where people can thrive.
Whether facilitating a leadership discussion, mentoring a manager, identifying key talent, developing a strategic workforce plan, or designing learning experiences, I believe that meaningful results occur when sound business decisions are balanced with genuine care for people.
Outside of my HR leadership role, I dedicate time to coaching and mentoring women in personal development, financial education, and financial empowerment. I am committed to helping others develop the knowledge, confidence, and strategies needed to achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
